Living in Canada, I was on the hunt for Gabor shoes, but couldn't find them locally. That's when I stumbled upon the Rogerson shoes website. To ensure I picked the correct size, I reached out to their customer service. Sarah and Debra, the branch manager, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help me get the right fit. Their customer service truly blew me away. Plus, the shoe prices are quite reasonable, and they ship to Canada along with a bunch of other countries. I wholeheartedly recommend Rogerson shoes.

I picked up some new leopard sandals in Callander yesterday, and I’m really into them. But when I got home and looked at their website under Reiker, I saw they were on sale for £37.90, while I paid £58 at Rogersons shoe shop— that’s a £20 difference! Is that even legal?

There’s a great variety of footwear that suits me. I bought a pair of boots online that I couldn’t track down anywhere else. Really appreciated the handwritten note from the store tucked inside the shoe box :0) You don’t see that kind of personal touch much anymore.

I was on the hunt for a certain brand of slippers and stumbled upon them on Rogersons' site, which I hadn't come across before. Their delivery the next day is quite reasonable. I'll surely be placing another order with them.

I got a pair of shoes from Rogerson, and let me tell you, it was a real hassle getting them shipped. They kept running into issues with my credit card, which has worked just fine in over 40 countries. I guess their security system is a bit too complex, all in the name of protecting customers. But the real kicker came when I finally opened the box and found a defect in the shoes. I had bought the same pair before and wore them for years without a hitch, but this one had a flaw right from the start. I reached out to the company to let them know I needed to use the shoes for a specific reason and didn’t have time for replacements, but I mentioned the defect before wearing them. They turned me down for an exchange because I had worn them after finding the issue. While wearing them, I noticed another problem that only showed up when I tried them on - the back of one shoe was poorly made and it digs into my heel, even with socks on. The previous version of these shoes was super comfy and I could wear them without socks, which is why I went for the same ones again! Long story short, I feel like I wasted my money, the shoes are unwearable, and Rogerson hasn’t done anything to help, just offered some empty apologies. What a disappointment, especially after all the trouble I went through to get my order sorted.

What a fantastic variety! I called with a question about sizing, and Lorna even offered to head to the warehouse to try on a couple of sizes to check if they ran small! I'm really impressed with the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be picking up a pair and likely more down the line since they have such an awesome selection of quality brands and styles.

I ordered a few pairs online, but sadly one was too small, though that’s not on them. Roberson quickly swapped it out for me. After trying both online and in-store shopping, I can confidently say their customer service is top-tier, and the footwear is solid. Håkon really stood out with his friendly message. You might find lower prices elsewhere, but not with the same level of quality. While many leading brands opt for cheap production overseas just to boost profits, they don’t compromise on quality. I’ll definitely be back for more!
